Why I built it
I use my Mac with headphones, a plugged-in mic, and a camera that has a built-in mic. I have to fiddle with mic input and speakers multiple times a day, especially when people cannot hear me on Zoom. I wanted a tiny menu bar widget that can quickly show which mic and speaker are active, and let me debug and switch them fast.
Install
Install with Homebrew by running:
